Small-class RPC pathway
Training for the applicable small aircraft class.
Availability is limited to the selected RPTO’s current authorisation and course.
Drone Training (RPTO)
Complete the regulated pilot-training pathway with an appropriately authorised training organisation.
RPC eligibility and training sit inside the Drone Rules/DGCA framework; the delivering RPTO must be authorised for the applicable training scope.
Small and medium are aircraft weight classes; rotorcraft, aeroplane and hybrid are aircraft categories/configurations and must not be collapsed into one axis.
Lotusmirk coordinates the engagement; the authorised partner RPTO conducts the regulated training/assessment, and the RPC is issued through the applicable Digital Sky/DGCA process.

Training for the applicable medium aircraft class.
A small-class RPC does not establish medium-class entitlement; the required class must be covered by the applicable training and certificate scope.
Identify the category relevant to the intended aircraft and course.
Rotorcraft, aeroplane and hybrid are aircraft categories/configurations; the course must match the applicable authorised scope.
Coordinate training for a group with an eligible partner RPTO.
Dates, eligibility, venue and authorisation are confirmed before enrolment.
Lotusmirk coordinates the engagement; the regulated training and assessment are conducted by the appropriately DGCA-authorised partner RPTO named in the final course proposal.
Small and medium are aircraft weight classes; hybrid is an aircraft category. The RPTO’s approval must cover the actual class and category being offered.
The final course proposal names the delivering RPTO legal entity, training location and applicable class/category scope. Lotusmirk remains the coordinating commercial contact.
Eligibility, attendance, assessment and the applicable certification process govern the outcome. Employment and deployment are separate engagements.
The Drone Rules framework requires the remote-pilot applicant to be 18–65 years old and to have passed Class 10 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board. Training is completed through a DGCA-authorised RPTO for the relevant scope.
The named delivery RPTO, training location and authorised scope are confirmed before enrolment.
Small/medium aircraft class and rotorcraft/aeroplane/hybrid category are separate choices.
