How we deliver

Scope & options

Cadastral measurement describes parcel geometry; legal title and revenue-record adoption remain with the competent authority.

Municipal GIS links spatial features to managed attributes such as property, road and civic-asset records.

Boundary reconciliation explicitly records differences between measured features and supplied records instead of silently choosing one.

Explore 3 service variants

Cadastral boundary and revenue-record reconciliation

Compare measured parcels with the applicable records.

Boundary disputes require the prescribed revenue/legal process.

Municipal property and urban-asset GIS

Build property and civic-asset inventories with verified attributes.

Tax assessment and official record changes require municipal validation.

SVAMITVA-style survey support

Provide survey inputs within an authorised programme or equivalent private mapping scope.

Private maps are not SVAMITVA property cards and do not confer title.

Useful to know

Terms, explained
Cadastral parcel
A land parcel represented against the applicable revenue or legal record system.
Boundary reconciliation
Comparison of measured occupation/features with supplied records and control.
Municipal GIS
A spatial database linking property or civic assets to mapped geometry and attributes.
Will this establish legal ownership?

Measured boundaries and records support a decision; title and statutory boundary adoption follow the competent revenue or legal process.

Is this an official SVAMITVA service?

Only a specifically authorised programme engagement can be described that way. An ordinary private survey must not be presented as an official property-card service.

Can this update municipal tax records automatically?

Field data and GIS can support assessment, but the municipality controls validation and any official changes.

What records should I provide?

Available parcel identifiers, revenue or municipal maps, prior survey plans and the intended use. Missing or conflicting records are recorded for resolution.

Method & limitations

Reconcile measured features with supplied revenue or municipal records.

Separate boundary evidence, property inventory and municipal asset databases.

Keep official adoption, title and tax decisions with the competent authority.

Boundary disputes require the prescribed revenue/legal process.

Tax assessment and official record changes require municipal validation.

Private maps are not SVAMITVA property cards and do not confer title.

Help me ask
  • Which authority must accept the parcel or property map?
  • How will differences between ground features and revenue records be shown?
  • Do I need boundary mapping, a property inventory or both?
Use ordinary words. A short problem description is enough. Do not include confidential or security-sensitive information.
Start with state and district/city. Exact boundaries can be provided later through an agreed channel.Leave blank if unknown.
An estimate is acceptable. Leave unknown rather than inventing a measurement.Leave blank if unknown.
This is a preference, not a confirmed mobilisation or delivery date.Leave blank if unknown.
Personal addresses are accepted for civilian enquiries and individual training.
More project detail Optional
State only a non-sensitive reference. A submitted standard is a requirement to review, not a claim of accreditation.
Examples: ground-only work, no cloud hosting, limited access. Do not include personal IDs, confidential documents or sensitive locations.
Provide the tender/design requirement, not an invented target. Image resolution and positional accuracy are different.Leave blank if unknown.
Unknown is acceptable. Apply WGS84/UTM or a local benchmark only when it is confirmed for the job.Leave blank if unknown.

Which outputs do you need?
Optional: choose outputs within the approved scope, or leave undecided. This is a request, not automatic inclusion.
Optional specialist variants
Only independently verified variants may be selected for a commercial enquiry.
