How we deliver

Scope & options

Progress monitoring is repeat reality capture against an agreed baseline, not merely a sequence of photographs.

Quantity change needs compatible survey surfaces; visual completion and contractual milestone certification are separate.

Repeatable viewpoints and spatial references make change review auditable.

Explore 4 service variants

Repeat aerial progress documentation

Capture agreed site viewpoints and coverage on reporting dates.

Weather, access and permissions can alter the programme.

Measured earthworks/progress comparison

Compare survey surfaces or defined quantities.

Commercial milestone certification is not implied.

Fixed-camera time-lapse coordination

Arrange repeat ground imagery where a suitable partner/site setup exists.

Separate camera, connectivity, privacy and maintenance scope.

Progress geoportal or 360 documentation

Publish approved records in a controlled project viewer.

Hosting, retention and ongoing updates are defined in the agreed scope.

Useful to know

Terms, explained
Repeat capture
Survey or imagery acquired on a consistent basis so change can be compared through time.
Progress baseline
The agreed reference date, drawing or model against which later progress is reviewed.
Quantity change
Measured surface or volume difference where the survey method supports it.
Does the report certify our contractor’s bill?

Repeat imagery and measurements support progress review; contractual payment certification remains with the authorised certifier.

Can you repeat exactly the same images?

The plan aims for comparable viewpoints and coverage. Changing access, structures, weather and safe operating conditions may require documented adjustments.

Do I need a survey every time?

The need depends on the observed condition and agreed investigation method. Visual reporting may be sufficient; quantity or geometric comparisons need suitable repeat measurements.

Can the updates appear in our existing system?

Yes where a supported integration or agreed upload workflow is confirmed. No live integration is claimed until it has been configured and tested.

Method & limitations

Repeat agreed viewpoints, coverage and survey references across reporting dates.

Separate visual progress evidence from measured quantities and certified milestones.

Package results for the client’s existing review and reporting workflow.

Weather, access and permissions can alter the programme.

Commercial milestone certification is not implied.

Separate camera, connectivity, privacy and maintenance scope.

Hosting, retention and ongoing updates are defined in the agreed scope.

Help me ask
  • Do we need visual progress, measured quantities or both?
  • Which views and reporting dates should remain consistent?
  • Who signs off the milestone after reviewing the evidence?
Use ordinary words. A short problem description is enough. Do not include confidential or security-sensitive information.
Start with state and district/city. Exact boundaries can be provided later through an agreed channel.Leave blank if unknown.
An estimate is acceptable. Leave unknown rather than inventing a measurement.Leave blank if unknown.
This is a preference, not a confirmed mobilisation or delivery date.Leave blank if unknown.
Personal addresses are accepted for civilian enquiries and individual training.
More project detail Optional
State only a non-sensitive reference. A submitted standard is a requirement to review, not a claim of accreditation.
Examples: ground-only work, no cloud hosting, limited access. Do not include personal IDs, confidential documents or sensitive locations.
Provide the tender/design requirement, not an invented target. Image resolution and positional accuracy are different.Leave blank if unknown.
Unknown is acceptable. Apply WGS84/UTM or a local benchmark only when it is confirmed for the job.Leave blank if unknown.

Which outputs do you need?
