Monitoring

Disaster & damage assessment

Provide authorised response teams with mapped observations after an incident.

What you receive

  • Rapid situation map or orthomosaic
  • Damage/access-blockage register
  • Geolocated observations and search coverage where authorised
  • Time-stamped evidence and limitations report
How we deliver

Scope & options

Rapid damage mapping prioritises current access, affected assets and georeferenced observations after an incident.

Search support records coverage and candidate detections; rescue confirmation remains with the responsible incident team.

Emergency airspace and incident-command coordination can override normal capture plans.

Explore 4 service variants

Flood, landslide, storm and fire damage mapping

Document affected areas and accessible assets.

Capture conditions may limit coverage and comparability.

Search-and-rescue observation support

Provide visible/thermal observations to authorised rescue teams.

Search support provides candidate detections and coverage records; it cannot guarantee finding every person or replace emergency dispatch.

Insurance evidence support

Prepare mapped evidence for the authorised assessment process.

This is not an insurance loss-adjuster licence or a claim-approval service.

Infrastructure access and blockage assessment

Map observable route obstructions and damage.

A route image does not certify structural safety or passability.

Useful to know

Terms, explained
Rapid mapping
Fast georeferenced capture of an affected area for situational understanding.
Damage inventory
Structured location-based record of observed damage classes or blocked access.
Situation report
Concise map/report package prepared for the responsible incident or recovery team.
Is this an emergency hotline?

Contact the responsible emergency services first. Website enquiries do not initiate or guarantee a rescue response.

Can thermal imagery find everyone?

Cover, weather, viewing geometry and thermal contrast limit detection. Candidate observations need the response team’s confirmation.

Will the report decide an insurance claim?

It provides evidence for the authorised insurer or loss-assessment process, which determines eligibility and settlement.

Can you fly immediately after a disaster?

Only when safe access, incident coordination and applicable aviation restrictions permit. A request is not a mobilisation commitment.

Method & limitations

Coordinate capture with the responsible incident command and airspace restrictions.

Prioritise safe access and decision-relevant evidence, not dramatic footage.

Distinguish observed damage or candidate detections from confirmed conclusions.

Capture conditions may limit coverage and comparability.

Search support provides candidate detections and coverage records; it cannot guarantee finding every person or replace emergency dispatch.

Help me ask
  • Which decisions does the incident team need the map to support?
  • Who is coordinating airspace and safe site access?
  • Do we need damage evidence, search coverage or route-obstruction mapping?
Use ordinary words. A short problem description is enough. Do not include confidential or security-sensitive information.
Start with state and district/city. Exact boundaries can be provided later through an agreed channel.Leave blank if unknown.
An estimate is acceptable. Leave unknown rather than inventing a measurement.Leave blank if unknown.
This is a preference, not a confirmed mobilisation or delivery date.Leave blank if unknown.
Personal addresses are accepted for civilian enquiries and individual training.
More project detail Optional
State only a non-sensitive reference. A submitted standard is a requirement to review, not a claim of accreditation.
Examples: ground-only work, no cloud hosting, limited access. Do not include personal IDs, confidential documents or sensitive locations.
Which outputs do you need?
Optional: choose outputs within the approved scope, or leave undecided. This is a request, not automatic inclusion.
Optional specialist variants
Only independently verified variants may be selected for a commercial enquiry.
